Women's cycles are like seasons but so are so many areas of our lives. Are you in a hustle season? Rest season? For me, it's a rest season. Our house has been hit with the vid so we're taking some extra rest and keeping our immune system strong.

It's so important to let go of the guilt you feel to hustle 24/7 and if you need it, take some much needed rest.
