My name is Justin Spurgeon.  I am the owner of Monarch Powder Coating And Sandblasting in Norton Shores Michigan.  I have over 20 years experience powder coating.  I started at Monarch in 2001 as an employee and was here until 2015.  I then moved to a bigger company where I was put in a leadership role and tasked with running two powder coat lines,  In 2020 I was given an opportunity to purchase Monarch Powder Coating and was able to do so.

We try to live by three things:

Be honest with customers, Be better than you were yesterday, and quality over quantity.

When I am not working , I enjoy time with my family, I have a wife and two kids , a son and a daughter. I enjoy watching the kids' athletic events and playing golf whenever I can.
