We have the power and capacity to create the dream by design or by default.  The point of power is within, and what is within us is far greater than anything in our surroundings.  It means that the power of our lives is not in the circumstances and conditions that we see all around us (like fears, past pains, paradigms, etc.).  Each of us has a true power within us.
