Brennan has a passion for coaching and developing people both in basketball and through F45 Hampshire Meadows located in Hadley MA and F45 Riverdale located in West Springfield MA.  With a career shift in his late 20's Brennan is manifesting the life that he wants by mindful choices, pushing through difficult times and keep an eye on the future.
