Yesterday I caught a Live where several of the viewers were trashing the character of one on the interviewees. It’s sad so many people had that type of energy to focus on someone who was living her truth. Let people live their truth! And also, let’s stop normalizing our trauma! Remember, healing is a process and a journey. It's a choice we make each and every day. You got this and I'm rooting for you!
