It's a great thing to expect you and your life to get better than where it currently is...but it is another to use that as a fantasy in your mind to take you away from uncomfortable feelings of accepting where your at and continue to do the same things thinking new results will appear.In this podcast I dive into my own story of doing that and catching myself before it continued on for years. I was self medicating with using my fantasy to escape inadequate feelings with no action behind it. I talk about becoming aware of your distractions and escapism behaviors and moving beyond it.
