Sri Narayana Tirtha was originally from a village called, Kaja in South India and was initiated into Sannyas by the guru, "Ramananda." Many miracles surrounded the life of Sri Narayana Tirtha, but nevertheless, he did not take any credit for these miracles as he saw himself only as a servant of God. Sri Narayana Tirtha even predicted his own death for which he disappeared in a flame of light.
