Sri Gauracarana Dasa Babaji is a saint remembered for his devotion to Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and His associates. While living in Vrindavan, the saint would pray to Krishna, and Dauji, which is another name for Balaram, the brother of Krishna. Dauji had also appeared many times to the saint. Though once the saint's disciple recounted the entire story of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu to him, the saint was swept away with love for Gaura (Chaitanya) and Nityananda. Sri Gauracarana Dasa Babaji's life is a supreme example of what it means to live a life filled with sincere devotion.
