The Blind Baba Ji of Madantera is a saint who lived a life of seclusion, hence, his name is not known. But his life is remembered for the intense longing that he had for Radha and Krishna. The blindness of his eyes came from his constant crying for the Divine Couple. Even after he had received the darshan of Radha and Krishna, his longing only intensified. The Blind Baba Ji of Madantera's life exemplifies that the longing of the bhakta is mutual to the longing of the Divine. Just as he longed for Radha and Krishna, so did Radha and Krishna both long for him.
The story of the Blind Baba Ji Of Madanatera was taken from the book “The Saints of Vraja” by author O.B.L. Kapoor.
It is our hope that his life and teachings can be a guide for your daily life. Enjoy.
