All things considered I haven't listened to a lot of power metal bands. It's been one of those fringe genres I always respected and about as far as I delved was Blind Guardian or Helloween. Powerwolf certainly were a welcoming surprise a few years ago when I stumbled across them so with their newest album I knew I had to check it out.
