Todayโ€™s episode features a great documentary film maker Sky Bergman. Sky's recent work Lives Well Lived focussed on a cohort of 40 inspiring individuals over the age of 75 and how theyโ€™re challenging the assumptions and stereotypes of later life.

We had a lovely chat with Sky about her film, and thereโ€™s some really warm moments in here about how sensitive and inquisitive conversations with our loved ones allow us all to reflect and learn from their experiences.
