I’ve been watching a lot of live stream debates on youtube and on twitch. I watched people like Destiny, Mr. Girl and Lauren Southern and realized this is the new WWE. Much of livestreaming is fake and as a result it’s creating a skewed view of reality for both the creator and audience member. The best solution to this is trying to be honest and authentic as a creator and being empathetic and understanding as an audience member. It’s going to require creators to be more honest and result in more people getting canceled. But I believe this is where we are going as a society even if it’s uncomfortable.
