Life is less hectic in the slow lane. 

Breakfast has never been this flavorful.

The birds are singing louder. The clouds have never been so interesting. Or maybe these things always have been this way, and I've been too busy to notice. Mental health awareness month is coming to a close. If you've listened to the past few episodes, you've probably noticed that my lifestyle has changed. The last episode of the series shares what I'm doing to incorporate a little more slowness into my life.


Living slow has given me peace. Clarity. It's deepened my faith in the Universe. It's reminded me of what really matters.

I realize this way of life isn't for everyone. That's perfectly okay, of course.

If it's not, consider incorporating it's principals at least some of the time.
Get intentional. Commit to the meaningful.
