There's a popular concept perpetuated amongst coaches and speakers that "there's no such thing as living "a balanced life". Some have cited a ballet dancer standing on point, going through a thousand muscle and nerve twitches to stay balanced and thus concluded that, balance is a myth.
Another common example is how with each step forward it is said that we are in a falling position before catching ourselves in the next step of walking.
