In this podcast, Anna is with Eric Bedell, a Holistic Personal Development Coach. He spent the majority of his life living through the experiences that have broken him down. It started when he was young, a multi-year battle with disordered eating and negative self-image failures to approach the world in ways that are best for him. Added to that was his experience in his past relationship that led to divorce. 

 

The lessons and wisdom from these experiences were integrated into his conscious worldview, they became mechanics for helping other people achieve the balance, peace, and clarity of directions in their lives. He's now an accredited ICF coach training in psychology and sociology.
