: Jill Rathburn is an RN and Maintains an active nursing license in Pennsylvania and Florida. She is a certified professional recovery coach holistic health and bioenergetic practitioner.
Jill has recently founded humble warrior women, a 24 week on line holistic Wellness and recovery course for women in early recovery from alcohol use disorder.
Jill began her professional career in pediatric oncology nursing and transitioned into pharmaceutical sales during an error when select RNs were being hired by big pharma. Jill started a medical education company in 1988 launching some of the most popular farmer products of the 90s . Eventually, she sold the company after 17 years with the entrepreneurial spirit remaining inside her Jill changed gears from healthcare to retail and owned a successful artesian boutique in the charming ski resort town of Park City UT which she sold after owning it nearly ten years period Jill has been in recovery since 2016 Jill’s own journey with alcohol use disorder led her to discover comprehensive healing approaches in both western and eastern modalities combining the best of both worlds Jill use yogurt philosophy, meditation, breathwork and yoga practices as well as strategies to combat insomnia fatigue brain fall weight gain hormonal changes and more she's a practice passionate seeker of holistic health and Wellness strategies including bioenergetic health functional medicine acupuncture light therapy gut and brain health.
in partnership with Ness health Jill is a certified bioenergetic practitioner she is trained to analyze the bodies energetic pathways with state at the end bio scanner identifying blocked and dysfunctional systems making recommendations for correction rejuvenation and balance
Jill holds advance yoga certification from the Satttva Center in Rishikesh, India and is master Reiki certified. She also has a passion as a triathlete cyclists and spin instructor. Jill and her husband of 30 plus years live in Lakewood Ranch FL with three grown sons enjoying exciting and happy lives and are making a difference in their own worlds.
