We talk about living a lit up life on this episode. How can you live a lit up life? Be careful of the fantasy, as the illusion is sweeter than the reality. Life pulls at us to make life more complicated, making life simple is harder. How do you grapple with what the ‘right’ business thing to do and what you want to do in your life personally and professionally?
Today we get the 411 on why we should notice and celebrate the little benchmarks. The benefits of paring back on commitments we are not interested in at this time in your journey. Your time is valuable and how to structure your team to provide you more time to work on your business and not in your business.
We discuss Jordan’s use of a dumb phone and giving up his smartphone, the benefits and how he is getting mental decompression of not having a smartphone and having something to do every minute of the day. Growth goals should be attainable and realistic but still challenging. Setting a goal that is too high and out of reach can set you up for an enormous disappointment. A transformation which is required to reach your aspirations and the level of commitment which is needed to accomplish your transformation.
