I really had to practice what I preached in my podcast this week. I am humbled to the core because I spoke of how to "living aloha" but was I able too in my hard time? I learned one thing; its harder to live aloha when it counts. Your family and friends are counting on you too!

Show compassion, respect, kindness and mercy. Wow! That's super hard when push comes to shove. A Hawaiian family showed me what it is to greet each other in the good times or bad.
