Today on the guest mic, we have the multi-talented Kia Williams, the 2022 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, hosting Kimberly Spreen-Glick. Kimberly has been a fitness industry leader for over 30 years, presenting workshops on fitness, yoga, wellness, leadership, and personal growth at conferences around the world.  

She was the group fitness director for LifeTime for over 10 years and was anmed the 2015 IDEA Program Director of the Year. In 2017, she stepped away from her corporate role and created The Inspired Life University to expand the healthy living conversation from physical fitness to holistic well-being. Kimberly’s primary focus is helping fitness professionals elevate their careers and become wellness leaders so they can live their best lives while being the difference makers they came here to be.
