Pursuing a career while having and raising small children (and completing a Master's degree), has presented many challenges (unsurprising), especially in the field of Cultural Resource Management Archaeology. In this episode I walk through my path thus far and discuss some of my frustrations with this particular industry with respect to the structural barriers to primary caregivers.
