As the Gospel spread throughout Asia Minor, many women in pagan marriages began to put their trust in Christ. This conversion was often seen as an act of rebellion against their husbands. Facing various challenges, these wives were uncertain about how to proceed. Peter’s response, both then and now, might come as a surprise to many.
