During the month of July… I will be talking about the science and the state of our overall well-being. I will also address the discoveries of how our lack of self-care results in specific dis-eases within the human body. First, let’s define the true meaning of “Well-Being.”

Your well-being is the sum total of the overall condition, measurement, or evaluation of your life. In other words, how are you taking the time to manage or care for every area or aspect of what makes up your life? Where we find ourselves trying to bring the qualities of heaven to the atmosphere of the earth.
