B. We need a fixed point of reference.

V. It Is Hope.

A. The message of Scripture is hopeful. Ps. 130:5.

B. Hope is exclusively found in Scripture. Acts 4:12; Rom. 10:13-15.

VI. It is Life.

A. Doubting God’s Word brings death. Luke 24:38,44; John 5:24;8:51.

B. Dismissing God’s Word is dangerous. Exo. 20:19-26

C. Believing God’s Word is Life. Matt. 4:4; John 6:63,68.
