Relationships can't be 50/50.

I know we have so many expectations from people—our partners, colleagues, religious leaders, and so on. We expect that everyone should put in equal resources—while I do not doubt this possibility, I think every relationship cannot be 50/50. Because capacities vary, so should expectations.

The most important thing is that everyone is aware of what is required of them and gives as much as is needed for the partnership to sail, be it equal or not.
