We are entering a new moment in life that is asking us to come back to our Heart. This moment will no longer emphasize the material world, instead we will remember our true power and it is through out heart that we will be able to transcend the illusion of our this material world and the illusion of separation. 

You can practice this every single day by choosing to focus on showing up in your life with love. Love for yourself and for others.

As 2025 comes to an end, this time is giving us an opportunity to reassess, to get curious, and to continue setting commitments to taking aligned actions in our lives. 

With so much uncertainty, can we be the anchors in our internal lives? And how can we make this possible? What will be required of us as we move into this new year?

Will we need to slow down in order to move forward? 

Will we need to be more present in our lives with less distractions, less work, less numbing? 

Will we need to take responsibility for our lives-- no more excuses, no more blaming, no more hiding from the truth. 

And most importantly, can we be kind, loving and compassionate will ourselves as we navigate these new waves of life?

I believe we can. And I also believe we can't do it alone. I believe we need each other now more than ever.

I'm going to be honest with you, I'm not the biggest fan of the cold weather. Not only because it's...cold, but the shorter days, less sun and lower temperatures affect my mood and energy, like I'm sure it affects many of you also. 

The thing is, seasons come and go, and I'm not just talking about the weather. We, as individuals go through different seasons, some we're more excited about than others, but can we stay present and grateful even during the hard, cold seasons? Can we show ourselves love and compassion even when we can't fully show up how we would want to?

Life ebs and flows, so what how do you handle the lows? It's not right or wrong, it's simply your way. But is it still serving you?

Today I share a bit of what I've been experiencing, unfiltered and raw because shit gets hard and I get in my head about it. I speak from truth and honesty and it might resonate with some and not with others, and thats ok.
