It's natural for a newly minted Christ-follower to want to rush out and save the world.  Jesus didn't seem to think this was a good idea.  In this story, he counsels a new 'convert' on an important kingdom priority, viz, "Bloom where you are planted".  Where are you planted?  Are you blooming?
