Jesus calls his disciples to prioritize the kingdom of God, to seek it first above everything else. Having been made citizens of this kingdom, Christians are to live for kingdom values and maintain kingdom priorities. They also must confront the temptations of hypocrisy, prosperity, and anxiety with the assurance of their Lord's providence and provision for their lives.
