Today we are on Exercise 11 of our 90 Day journey and after today we are just one more spiritual exercise away from completing our first of three 30 day challenges.

We are talking about living generously today, specifically with the things we love. And then will finish with a little bit more discussion on protein and differences in calories between carbs, protein, and fat.

  • BONUS: I said that's a great answer, but I was looking for something less scientific like his tail wags any licks us makes us feel loved.
