Beth and Evelyn talk about values. Not the values we say we have, but the ones we actually live. Because when there’s a gap between what matters most and how we show up, we feel it as stress, guilt, or that quiet voice that says, something’s off. When we are aligned with our values, we experience dopamine (motivation), serotonin (well-being), and oxytocin (connection). But, misalignment, triggering stress, and cognitive dissonance. In short, living in congruence with your values calms your nervous system.
