An ashram is a place where people go on a spiritual or religious retreat. Today we interview two amazing women who have spent time in an ashram. J.J. spent 30 years learning, teaching, training in an ashram in California. Chandika spent 6 weeks in an ashram in India. They wanted to share their stories with us.
