Freda Muyambo moved to Lagos four years ago with her husband. She gave up a career in engineering to return to the continent of her birth. Entrepreneurial by nature she has used her love of food and natural flair to start her food business, My Burnt Orange. She is sought after for her skills and her enlightening observations on  living in one of Africa's most vibrant cities. Here she talks to Cecily Davis about the decision to return to Africa to help build the continent and her journey to My Burnt Orange. She also shares with us how to make Red Red, a popular dish from Ghana, the country of her heritage.
