Also, I've thrown my hat in the ring as a candidate for the 2020 Lyon's Gate HOA Board of Directors! I share my candidate bio with you in this episode and some of my reasons for running.

My wife joins me on this episode. Yay! She went to last night's HOA special meeting (I was unable to attend) and the purpose of that special meeting was to discuss the six property management RFP respondents and narrow the group of six down to two. Susan joins me to talk about that meeting, where the six were actually narrowed down to three and those three will be narrowed down to one winner at the next general board meeting, which has been rescheduled from Wed, October 23rd to Wed, October 30th.
