Redemption is a divine act of love to restore you back to your original innocence God intended. Because of Adam, sin entered into the world and made you estranged and alienated from God with a hostile mind toward God. But through Christ death and suffering on the cross, you are reconnected back to God. For in Christ you have the release of redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness and total cancellation of your sins. (Colossians 1:14)

Christ released His superalnatural peace to you through the sacrifice of his own body as a sin-payment on your behalf, to reconcile you back to God, to dwell in His Presence Forever. So now there is nothing between you and the father God because He sees you as holy, and blameless and above reproach in His Sight. For God made Christ Who did not sin to become sin for you, so that you might become the righteousness of God through your union with Him. (2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:21‬)
