Living Leadership is a podcast intended to help viewers actionably live out leadership in a real and tangible way. As the leadership market is fairly saturated, the hope was to create something that is more than head knowledge that can have simple daily action steps to walk out. 

Nick is a follower of Jesus, Husband, Father, Pastor, and business owner. Nick received his bachelors degree in organizational leadership and a masters degree in theology. Nick brings others on to the show who have leadership capital and experience to talk and discuss relevant ideas and issues that can help others grow in their leadership capabilities.

Matthew is a pastor, husband, and father, and has been in vocational ministry for over 12 years leading various leadership networks, building small groups and volunteer programs, and leading international missions initiatives. Matthew carries almost 20 years of experience in overseas missions including building, training, and leading teams to dozens of nations. He graduated from the Advanced Leadership and Pastoral School at Christ for the Nations Institute in 2011.
