Tedi Sarah is vegan lifestyle advocate and influencer based in NYC. She began her career as a child life specialist at a paediatric hospital in NYC, and then eventually turned her passion for animal rescue and and adoption, as well living and cruelty free vegan lifestyle, into her full time career as an influencer. She turned her journey of rescuing Pani - her charismatic and lovable special needs pup, into a instagram sensation. It's hard not to fall in love with Tedi and Pani together on their frequent adventures. 

We chatted with Tedi about all things vegan lifestyle and how and why she switched career paths and the entrepreneurial journey. We also discussed the importance of her spiritual practices, and of course all things Pani.
