I have been walking a lot lately and communing with nature. In this episode I talk about what building a relationship with nature does for us, especially during times of crisis.

In this episode I talk about how I took my phone, tablet and laptop and locked them in a drawer for a weekend and how I managed without these tools which are so dear and near to me.

I decided to do this solo episode after sending out a newsletter to my community writing about my first "hater". I was so optimistic about having a hater that my readers were shocked. This led me to think about my optimistic attitude towards life and to think about the people in my life who are pessimistic.
