In this episode i'm talking about living life to the fullest! As we get older we get places in more and more boxes and who we "should be" becomes more defined by others. Whether this be a mother, wife, business owner, etc. I'm sharing my personal story about spending my last weekend in Park City, Utah competing to be on the USA Olympic bobsled team. There were so many reasons why I shouldn't have done this from motherhood to business ventures but I decided to follow my dreams and live my life to the fullest and it felt SO good! I am determined to continue to reject these limitations and live my life to the fullest and if you are ready to do the same this episode is for you!
