Do you ever get the feeling that even when things are going okay, they could go bad at any second? You, like me, may have lots to be grateful for. But it's like one bad mood could throw everything off.

When I was having a hard day recently, I didn't want to acknowledge my feelings at all. I would rather watch YouTube videos, google hair products, and even take a nap before giving my feelings space.
But, when I finally journaled and shone a light in my darkness I realized this: I was lonely. Despite living with my family, I was feeling lonely. And that was a lot to unpack.
