Ephesians 4:30 reminds us: “And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.”
As followers of Christ, we carry the Holy Spirit with us into every part of life—our work, our relationships, even our health and fitness. That truth is both a comfort and a conviction. If God’s Spirit is always with me, am I living in a way that honors Him?
In today’s episode, I share how this verse challenges me personally to examine my daily habits, choices, and thought patterns. From the way I care for my body to the way I respond under stress, I want to live with a heart that pleases Him—not one that pushes Him aside.
When we recognize the Spirit’s presence, it changes everything. Conviction leads to freedom, not shame, because God is calling us closer to Himself.
What you’ll learn today:
- What it really means to “grieve the Spirit”
- How the Spirit’s presence should shape our everyday decisions
- Practical ways to invite the Spirit into your health journey
- Why conviction is a gift, not a burden
Let’s learn to honor God in the way we live, move, and steward our bodies—because He is with us in it all.
