What is the wise thing to do?
- We never truly grow by being comfortable. We grow by stretching out.
- Before we talk ourselves into something and cross over the line between good and bad, we take small steps, convincing ourselves along the way, saying things like, "there's nothing wrong with..."
- Bad moral choices lead to a series of unwise decisions.
- Living on the edge has its benefits at the right time and place. However, there are times, especially very personal and intimate moments, where we realize too late that we should have held back.
- 1 Corinthians 6:18
- Sexual sins are in their own category, not because they are far "worse" and more "drastic", but because of the consequences.
- These sins are sometimes the hardest to forgive ourselves from.
- 1 Corinthians 6:20 - Honor GOD with your bodies.
