Content Warning: Suicide

Kayla is joined by author, public speaker, and mental health advocate Kevin Hines. In 2000, Kevin jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge but miraculously survived. Having battled with severe mental pain, which he is honest about continuing to battle with present-day, Kevin has focused on his purpose of helping others in healing and in suicide prevention.

Please know so many people are more than happy to help if you ask for it. Even a sea lion.

If you or someone you know are in need of help, know that it’s available and you’re not alone. For those in the US, you can call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-TALK(8255).
