This raw and unedited podcast is more or less an excuse to memorialize (in the pod I used a made-up word ‘momentasize’ lolol) my grandmother, sharing anecdotes and fragments of memories unlocked from her viewing yesterday. Also, this podcast is to validate and encourage anyone who feels like (or has been told) that they’re a “Jack of all trades/master of none” because fuck that. You’re just someone with many gifts, talents, and the ability to pivot and shape shift into people that people and organizations and places and your soullllllll NEEDS you to be. You’re the ultimate powerhouse. The ultimate lightworker. That was my grandmother. I love you, Kuku. I'm so grateful to call you soul family.

Oh my GOSH I know I'm so so late.....over a month ago was my last episode -- eep!! But it's ok, because if there's one thing my soul sister, Expressive Illustrations aka Mar, taught me-- it's to believe in divine timing. Thanks for being here!!! Ok, take a deep breath in, we got this. :) Ok, did you breathe in deeply? No? Do it now! Now exhale. Don't you feel better? :)  I've missed you all and this community so much since I last posted, but I'm so grateful to be back. This episode is near and dear to my heart, and that is because this lady is near and dear to my heart! I met my sweet friend, Mar, at the same place I met my last guest (funny enough): at the Lightbox Cafe in Philadelphia, PA! I 11/10 recommend going there if you're in the area, it's one of a kind and just lovely. Also, every other Friday they do open mics loaded with openhearted, kind, very high vibrational artists + art-lovers. It's wonderful! 

But back to Mar. 

This woman inspires me DAILY. How she lights up a room, how she sees life, how she so easily forms tribe, creates community, tells stories through her artwork, and how she loves and treats others, is truly unmatched and I am honored to call her soul family. Her non-profit "Expressive Illustrations" aka @expressiveillustrations on instagram is just wonderful -- it's hard to imagine it all really began in 2020!! Hello "Living Our Best Lives" followers! It's Olive here, your host, and this is your first official Episode! Woo!! The title says it all...kind of... Tune in, to hear all of the juicy details of a passionate subject of mine...Career! And it is a LAYERED ONE. 

In this episode, I'll share a lot of my personal career story with you as a 24 year old young adult who's lived in 3 states, 2 major cities, worked in the Hollywood TV/Film industry, quit the Hollywood TV/Film Industry, worked in retail to pay bills and is now officially quitting retail (yay!) moved to two major cities with no jobs and little money, as well as spent a lot of time figuring out what "Career" meant to me as a person. This episode will really dip into the spiritual side of me,  let you get to know me a little better, and hopefully speak to the souls of my friends who are feeling lost/overwhelmed/overburdened/burnt out etc by their job or career. I wish you all peace, love, light, joy, freedom, and air conditioned spaces (its like 97 in philly all week...oof).
