This video starts with a small honouring to our Ancestors, the ones who have walked before us. I share this because when we accept where we have come from, we get to know who we are and can make more empowered choices on where we want to go.

We then move into the power and transformation animal archetypes to help us figure out where we are sourcing our power from, and how it moves through us in different life scenarios, at these different (not bad) levels of consciousness.
