Living Out the Fruit of the Spirit

Living Out the Fruit of the Spirit

Living out the fruit of the Spirit is not about being perfect, but about living our lives to glorify God and show ourselves as disciples of Jesus Christ. It’s seeking and cultivating the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our lives and exemplifying them in our words, actions, and attitudes so that we might be more like Christ and bear much fruit. God is calling us to a higher life in Him. A life of holiness that bears fruits that other people will see, desire, and want what we have. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, and they are all about helping us live out a godly life. In John 15:8, Jesus is calling us to bear much more fruit and show ourselves as His disciples, all for the glory of the Father.

Join the conversation with your host, Courtnaye Richard, as she shares more about living out the fruit of the Spirit and why this is so important. There’s no competition, condemnation, or comparison. We’re all called to be different by living out the fruit of the Spirit.
