to skyrocket, Oakland landlords are suing to overturn the just-cause
eviction measure EE passed by the voters in Nov. 2002. The suit hits the
courts next Wednesday. We’ll hear all about it. Plus a tornado of Bay
Area performing talent: UpSurge jazz poets, funny lady Diane Amos, and the
