In 2016, The Lord showed Shannon a vision of 5 young women walking out of a fog and one at a time stepping forward saying, "I have set my heart to honor God." Shannon began to gather those 5 women every Saturday for a small group, pouring into them and teaching them how to be a woman who has set her heart to honor God. Since 2016, Shannon's Saturday small group has grown from a "small group" to a "smallish group" and now to a training morning where 40+ women gather at Shannon's home every week around the word of the Lord to be trained and sharpened.
