Inspired by the book Culture of Honor, the seventh part of this eight week series Pastor Justin talks about empowerment, confrontation, and gentleness!

When we know who we are in Christ it Empowers us to Empower others in their self-discovery.

Goals in Confrontation:

  1. Stimulate thinking within the individual with the problem
  • Allow the person with the problem to do most of the thinking about the problem from the inside out.
  • Help the person tap into his or her greatness and put it on display during the confrontation
  • Remind the person of things they tend to forget about themselves in failure
  • Demonstrate the covenant relationship between the two parties
  • Allow the one doing the confrontation to be an ally
