In this episode of INKALAAB AAWAAZ / इंकलाब आवाज़, we have a conversation with Himani Wadhwa who is the founder of Project Zero Waste (PZW), and Varun George who is the founder of Green Lane. They discuss the collective nature of the concept of Sustainability, and whether such practices are limited to only privileged sections of Indian society. If so, who's responsible for carbon emissions, and where should changes be made, from top of the chain or the bottom? conversation took us to discuss the current lockdown in-effect, and how it's led to some reflection on our part, in terms of maybe what we thought worked out well, doesn't. This lockdown has eased us of many of the things we were burdened with, and now that we have time we can understand things better, and how our growth comes at a cost, usually for the environment. A cost, that will manifest itself in the future.
