Ken Starks, Residence Hall Director at the University of Georgia, is a leader in residential life and has served at a diverse range of institution types.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies from Georgia Southern University and his master’s in higher education with a focus on international higher education leadership from Old Dominion University.
