Leads… All agents seem to ever want is leads. If you want leads, they’re easy enough to find. You can buy as many leads as you want online, they’re not in short supply. The only problem is most leads are horrible quality, and it can take a lot of time and effort to sift through the crap to find that needle in the haystack. It’s gotten to the point where most agents I talk to don’t even bother anymore with online leads, they think they’re a waste of time and money.

But are they? Today on the show, we talk about whether or not online leads are worth the time and effort. They aren’t necessarily the ‘silver bullet’ that many agents consider them to be.
